Our Chartered Organization Representative (COR) represents our Pack/Troop/Crew as the volunteer liaison between 399 and our sponsoring organization Sacred Heart Church. His primary duties include selecting and recommending adult leaders, facilitating communication between the unit and the sponsor, advocating for the unit's needs within the organization, ensuring compliance with BSA policies, and aiding in the recruitment and registration of youth and adult members. The COR's role is crucial in maintaining a strong partnership between 399 and its sponsoring organization, supporting the success of Scouting programs in the community.

Within 399, we have three distinct Committee Chairman, each vital to the success of their respective Scouting unit. Our Pack Committee Chairman leads the committee supporting the Cub Scout pack, facilitating pack meetings, fundraising, and training. Our Troop Committee Chairman oversees committee operations, budgeting, and adult leader training to support the Scoutmaster in delivering the program. Our Crew Committee Chairman guides the committee for our Venture Crew, focusing on high-adventure activities, recruiting, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere. These dedicated leaders collaborate with their respective unit's adult volunteers to ensure a nurturing and enriching Scouting experience for youth across 399.

In 399, there are three key leadership roles that guide youth in their Scouting journey. Our Cubmaster leads our Cub Scout Pack, overseeing the program and pack meetings, ensuring Cub Scouts have a positive experience. In Troop 399, the Scoutmaster is responsible for troop operations and mentoring Scouts as they grow into responsible young adults. Finally, our Crew Advisor plays a crucial role in our Venture Crew, guiding older youth in high-adventure activities and leadership development. These leaders collaborate with our group of dedicated volunteers to provide a comprehensive and enriching Scouting experience for youth across 399.
