The Troop 399 Honor Guard is a distinguished group of scouts committed to embodying the highest ideals of honor and professionalism. As a member of our Honor Guard, they have a central role in representing our troop at special events and Eagle ceremonies, where they participate in flag ceremonies and other activities as our distinguished group of ceremony leaders. Members of the Honor Guard undergo training in proper flag posting procedures and etiquette, ensuring that they are done properly and with the required respect.
